Welcome to Cornwall and the Seaway Valley

Located along the St. Lawrence River in the Eastern most corner of Ontario, the Seaway Valley region is a great place for a getaway.  We are only one hour from Montreal, Ottawa or Brockville, approximately 2 hours from Kingston or Watertown, NY and 4 hours from Toronto.  Driving to us is quick and easy - from the Montreal area simply take Highway #20 West which will become Highway #401 at the Ontario / Quebec border.  From Ottawa you can choose Highway #416 to #401 and travel East or take Highway #416 to #138 and travel south.  From the Brockville, Kingston or Toronto area travel East on Highway #401 and before you know it you'll be here.  Our American friends are able to cross over at Alexandria Bay, NY at the 1000 Islands Bridge and then follow Highway #401 East.  Great highways with easy directions.

If water is your preferred mode of transportation you'll love our state of the art marinas all along the St. Lawrence River coming from Lake Ontario and through into the port of Montreal.  You can even cruise into the Rideau Heritage Waterways.

However you get here, we're sure that once you do arrive, you will feel comfortable very quickly and will enjoy your entire stay.
